The Valley Ranch Fighting Frogs will be holding team tryouts Monday, April 27th starting at 5:30pm. This is intended to gauge the level of our new swimmers, and to evaluate is a swimmer is a good fit for the team. 

Swimmers must be able to swim 1 lane unassisted utilizing front crawl, freestyle or backstroke. From there, coaches will evaluate what session will be the right fit for your swimmer. 

We will publish a list of session placements through Remind, as well as through an email update to all registered parents. If you have registered, please do so. before the first day of practice. You can do so through the registration tab on our team website. 

If your child is selected for the swim team, there will be a $200 charge associated with their training, which will include a free T-shirt per swimmer and a VRFF swim cap.
